    Factors Affecting Early Uptake of Antenatal Care Services Among Expectant Mothers:

    The purpose of the study was to determine the Factors affecting early uptake of antenatal care services among expectant mothers; a case study at Kisugu health center IV. The specific objectives of the study were to determine the socio-demographic factors that influence early uptake of antenatal care services,to explore the knowledge of expectant mother towards early uptake of antenatal service, to assess the attitudes of expectant mothers towards early uptake of antenatal care services and to determine the socioeconomic factors that influence early uptake of antenatal service at Kisugu health center IV. A cross-sectional study design was used in this study. Quantitative methods of data collection were used to obtain data about factors that influence early uptake of antenatal care services among expectant mothers at Kisugu health center IV.
