    Internship Report on the Activities Done at General Military Hospital, Bombo.

    The internship report is part of the fulfillment for the award of diploma of public health of international health Science University which is conducted at the end of final academic year. This internship was carried out at General Military Hospital. The main objective was to expose the student to practical skills, knowledge and to get acquainted with field and relate it class room work as required in the field of profession. Chapter one. Provides information about the organization where the internship was carried out interns of background objectives, vision mission and also put forward the internship objectives. Chapter two. Detailed the work plan that was followed by the student during the internship training period. Chapter three. Shows the tasks done and the lessons learnt by the student during training. Chapter four. Shows the challenges faced the suggested recommendations and the general conclusion.
