    Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Nurses Towards the Nursing Process:

    The study on the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Nurses towards Nursing process. The study was conducted at Mubende Regional Hospital. About 60 respondents were selected by simple random sampling method to determine the knowledge, attitude and practice of Nurses towards the nursing process, where by all Nurses and Midwives, who were around at the time, had a chance to be involved in the study. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The study objective was to examine the knowledge, attitude and nurses practice in Mubende Regional hospital towards the Nursing process. The study revealed that the Nurses had knowledge, good practice towards the Nursing process though some nurses showed a negative attitude towards the nursing process. The study recommended that Nurses should be encouraged to upgrade and a similar study to be done in a National referral hospital also Policy makers need to organize a number of seminars and workshops because a number of nurses still show a negative attitude towards the nursing process.
